This apartment is ideal for anyone seeking comfort and style in one of Colombia's most beautiful cities.

To enter the apartment, you only need to go to the building lobby and register with your physical identification documents. Not included in the rate: $20,000 (5 dollars) per guest for a wristband that identifies you as a guest of the building. If there are guests who are minors and are NOT accompanied by their parents, they must present at reception a notarized authorization from their parents and the original physical birth certificate; otherwise, entry will not be allowed.

There are three spacious and well-appointed bathrooms. The common areas include a spacious and inviting living room for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite meals, and a private balcony with a dining area—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset with the best view. Being on the 12th floor ensures an unobstructed view, fresh breeze, and a peaceful atmosphere that will make your stay even more special. This apartment combines comfort, a privileged location, and a spectacular view, making it perfect for those who wish to enjoy the city with style and serenity.

- Pool: Monday and Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 am – 8:30 pm | Tuesday, 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm (maintenance in the morning)

- Gym: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm, every day

- Coworking: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

- Terrace/Bar: 10:00 am – 3:00 am to enjoy the view

- Steam Room: Same hours as the pool
