The sea is directly in front of the condo, with access to Playa Azul and Playa Cinco just a few steps away. The apartment faces the bay, not the sea. The Historic Center is only a five-minute drive away, with its full range of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. Due to building rules, no additional visitors are allowed: only guests registered in the reservation before check-in can enter, and no changes or additions to guests are permitted after check-in. According to Resolution 0409 of 2022 from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, every guest must provide their full name, identification document, nationality, and city of residence at check-in, a legal requirement for tourism security in Colombia.

Bocagrande is the tourist heart of Cartagena, a peninsula with the Caribbean Sea on one side and the bay on the other. It is the city's most vibrant and established area: skyscrapers facing the ocean, avenues full of restaurants offering every type of cuisine, cafes, bars, shopping centers, and a nightlife that comes alive every evening.

Avenida San Martín gathers much of the shopping and dining scene, and Avenida Primera takes you along the seafront. Everything can be enjoyed on foot.

Just a few minutes away, you have the Historic Center, a world heritage site, with its city walls, colonial streets, Getsemaní neighborhood, and Plaza de la Aduana. Boats to the Rosario Islands and Barú depart from the La Bodeguita dock.

Bocagrande is a neighborhood designed for walking. The beach, restaurants, shopping mall, and supermarkets are just a few minutes away on foot from the building, so you don’t need a car for daily activities.

From Rafael Núñez International Airport, the journey takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car. You can take a taxi at the airport exit or request a ride through an app.

To get around the city, taxis and ride-hailing apps such as Uber, InDrive, and Didi are the most convenient and widely used options in Cartagena. The Historic Center is 10 to 15 minutes away by car, or you can walk there along Avenida Santander if you’d like to enjoy the seaside stroll.

The Transcaribe system also passes through the area, with routes connecting Bocagrande to the rest of the city.
